Conditio nutrimentorum prava[1] est status, qui ex diaeta iniqua fit, in qua quaedam nutrimentorum desunt, quaedam autem nutrimenta nimia aut iniqua portione consumuntur paupertatis maximae aut consuetudinis penitus insitae causa.[2][3] Nutrimentis pravis vel deficientibus quilibet in morbum cadere potest. Re vera ordo mundi sanitarius salutem pronuntiavit nutrimentis iniquis gravissime periclitari.[4]

Circa 58 centesimae mortium hominum ubique anno 2006 ob conditionem alimentorum pravam fuerunt; de quo Ioannes Ziegler, inquisitor Nationum Unitarum, scripsit: "Omnibus causis mortis numeratis in orbe terrarum circa sexagies et bis centena milia hominum quotannis occidunt.[5] Unus ex duodecim hominibus ubique conditione nutrimentorum iniqua adfectus est. Anno 2006 plus quam tricies et sexies centena milia hominum fame vel morbo ob parva micronutrimenta occidunt (2007:130)."[6] Conditio alimentorum iniqua etiam magna mortis impuberis causa est.
