Ars coquinaria Civitatum Foederatarum
Appearance
Ars coquinaria Civitatum Foederatarum e culturis oritur migrantium et indigenarum Americanorum huius regionis. Migrantes ex Oceania, Asia, Africa, America Latina, Europa pluribus rationibus et variis epochis veniebant: edules plantarum animaliumque species sibi apportabant; cibos insuper Americae septentrionalis endemicos reppererunt ususque ab indigenis doctos adoptabant. Inde per regiones Civitatum Foederatarum consuetudines gastronomicae evolverunt inter se differentes non geographice tantum sed secundum linguas cultusque populorum immigratorum.
