Ars coquinaria Civitatum Foederatarum e culturis oritur migrantium et indigenarum Americanorum huius regionis. Inde per regiones Civitatum Foederatarum consuetudines gastronomicae evolverunt inter se differentes non geographice tantum sed secundum linguas cultusque populorum immigratorum.
