David Francis (die 5 Octobris 1965 natus)[1] est eruditus et politicus Montis Leonini.
Alumnus est collegii Fourah Bay universitatumque Hantoniensis et Lundensis necnon instituti Studiorum Socialium ad Hagam Comitum. Professor studiorum pacis meruit apud universitatem Bradfordiensem. Die 7 Maii 2018 minister princeps Montis Leonini factus est iussu praesidis Iulii Maada Bio.
