Fons nominis
[fontem recensere]Rogat Andreas "fons nominis?"—I think Traupman's Conversational Latin attests the Latin names of the US states and their capitals, but my copy has gone missing. Maybe someone with a copy can check? Iustine? Iosci? IacobusAmor (disputatio) 16:11, 17 Ianuarii 2017 (UTC)
- Yes, it would be good to have a source. The Latin name of the French city is a bit variable (though I would admit this one is the commonest), and I'm not sure we should apply any one of those forms without a supporting source. Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 16:18, 17 Ianuarii 2017 (UTC)
