Religio Bahá'i

[fontem recensere]

Salve Angr,

I removed the Religio Bahá'i in hopes that someone would notice and actually come up with the latin version of "Bahá'i". If you are capable of doing so, you are welcome. I was thinking maybe "Bahaica", or "Bahaistica". Thank you for your attention. Porcarius 16:09 oct 1, 2005 (UTC)

Salve Angr, habe den Text der Vorlage "de-4" von "de" auf "de-4" ausgebessert. Wenn Du "de-M" brauchst ... diese Vorlage habe ich gestern angelegt. --Roland2 17:12, 23 Decembris 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Salve Angr, Welcome to Vicipaedia. By the way, the word articulus means 'joint' not 'article'. --Rafaelgarcia 17:34, 10 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, but res doesn't mean anything. —Angr 19:44, 10 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately, it means every thing...--Ioshus (disp) 23:49, 15 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Which comes to the same thing as not meaning anything, paradoxically enough. —Angr 23:56, 15 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah. Funny like that. --Ioshus (disp) 00:05, 16 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another one I use a lot is Bennet's New Latin Grammar. Excellent reference grammar. --Ioshus (disp) 23:50, 15 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've got Allen & Greenough; is it better than that? —Angr 23:57, 15 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
About the same. I just heard you say you had a prose comp book, but didn't mention a proper grammar.--Ioshus (disp) 00:04, 16 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't mention it because I'm already content with the one I have! What I am looking for is a good English-Latin dictionary (as opposed to a Latin-English-Latin dictionary with an English-Latin section one-quarter the size of the Latin-English section, like my Cassell's). —Angr 00:27, 16 Iunii 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Irish counties

[fontem recensere]

As one with a liking for geographical names I admire your persistence in finding so many Irish names of counties. Printed sources? Web sources? Any that might be useful for other countries too? Best wishes -- Andrew Dalby (disputatio) 20:35, 12 Iulii 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Apart from the usual suspects, I used the index of proper names in the back of Smith & Hall, http://www.uni-mannheim.de/mateo/camenaref/hofmann/hof2/s0507a.html, and http://www.ipa.net/~magreyn5/recint5.htm. —Angr 07:30, 13 Iulii 2007 (UTC)[reply]
