Collegium conditum est nomine Computing-Tabulating-Recording Company die 15 Iunii 1911, Thoma I. Watson praeside, per coniunctionum Tabulating Machine Company ('Societatis Apparatuum Tabulationis'), International Time Recording Company ('Societatis Temporis Relati Internationalis'), et Computing Scale Company.[2][3]
