Jackson Mac Low
Jackson Mac Low (12 Septembris 1922—8 Decembris 2004) fuit poeta, artifex perfunctionis, compositor, et scriptor scaenicus Americanus, exercitator notus qui suis operibus ordinatas aleae effectiones aliasque rationes compositionis sine consilio fecit quas in musicis Ioannis Cage, Earle Brown, et Christiani Wolff operibus primum cognoverat. Maritus fuit artificis Iridis Lezak ab 1962 ad 1978, et poetriae Annae Tardos ab 1990 usque suam mortem. Mac Low, unus ex primis Fluxus sodalibus[1] (An Anthology of Chance Operations co-protulit) et stylisticus poetarum linguae progenitor[2] conectiones cum late variis in avant-garde Americano post bellum personis notabilibus petivit, inter quos Nam June Paik, Kathy Acker, Allen Ginsberg, et Arturus Russell fuerunt.[3] Sua opera, in plus quam nonaginta anthologiis et periodicis ac propalam lecta, exhibita, et acta, radiophonice emissa sunt in America Septentrionali et Australi, Europa, Iaponia, Australia, et Nova Zelandia. Legit, perfunctus est, acroases habuit Novi Eboraci et per American Septentrionalem, Europam, et Novam Zelandiam, Franciscopolique, Sanctae Crucis (Californiae), Asinariis, Lutetiae, Bouliac (prope Bordeaux), Massiliae, Buffalone, et Philadelphiae.

[recensere | fontem recensere]Unum genus compositionis sine consilio quod adhibere solebat, algorithmo nitens, diasticum (Anglice diastic) nominavit, per analogiam vocabuli acrostici.[4] Vocabula vel phrases ex fonte ad vocabulum vel phrasim originalem scribendam collecta adhibebat, primo vocabulo primam fontis litteram, secundo vocabulo secundam fontis litteram habente, et cetera, fontem denique perlegens (Graece dia). Ultimis viginti quinque suae vitae annis, saepe cum Anna Tardos collaborabat.
