Unus ex conditoribus poesis iaz fuit, generis artis litterariae. Uno e ducibus Renascentiae Harlemensis innotuit. Insigniter de tempore scripsit: "Niger moris erat,"[1] deinde laxius et liberius interpretatus "cum Harlem moris esset."[2][3]
