Yagi est locus archaeologicus insulae Esoniae in Iaponia. In agris iacet vici Osatsube oppidi Minamikayabe urbisque Hakodate ad litus boreale paeninsulae Oshima.
Vestigia inter annos 1978 et 1980 ab archaeologis Masakazu Yoshizaki universitatis Hokkaidoënsis, Gulielmus Hurley universitatis Torontonensis, Petrus Bleed universitatis Nebraskensis effossa sunt. Hoc loco homines aevo Jōmon ineunte habitabant. Grana ab incolis pabulata speciei Echinochloa crus-galli specieique generis Digitaria reperta sunt.
