Theodosius Flavius Secundus (natus Constantinopolis 10 Aprilis 401; mortuus 28 Iulii 450) fuit Imperator Imperii Constantinopolitani.

Aeliam Eudoxiam in matrimonium duxit, sed a soror sua dominatus est. Licinia Eudoxia filia Imperatori Occidentali Valentiniano III nupsit; sic duae partes imperii iterum paucos annos coniuncti sunt.

Universitatem Constantinopolis(en) condidit et mandatores designavit qui codificationem legum a Constantino I inceptum finirent. Christiana fide sola licita facta persecutionem paganorum auxit. Codex Theodosianus anno 438 publicatus est. Ludi pagani prohibita et templa et circenses clausi sunt.
